Our physiotherapist Dhiv Naidoo offers 30-minute appointments for patients with a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan. These appointments are gap free, which means there is no out-of-pocket fee.

Dhiv completed a Master of Physiotherapy Practice at La Trobe University and has more than eight years’ experience across hospital and private practice. He began his career at Northern Health, working alongside surgeons and doctors in orthopaedics, rehabilitation and community services. In private practice, he has worked in rehabilitation and with NDIS participants.
Dhiv takes the time to assess you properly and explain what is causing your problem in plain language. He then works out a treatment plan with you, built around your goals. His areas of interest include rehabilitation and progressive strength programs.
Dhiv works on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12pm to 6pm.
We are across the road from Park St Cafe, near the corner of Nicholson St.
Our clinic is close to Carlton, Fitzroy North, Brunswick East and Princes Hill. The 96 tram on Nicholson Street stops right outside our clinic, and there is street parking on Park St.

Bring any scans and reports to your first appointment.

Back and neck pain are the most common reasons people see us. We work out what is driving your pain, explain any scans in plain language and tailor treatment to you.

We help you manage arthritis, with the aim of keeping you active and independent. Our team includes a physio trained in the GLA:D program for hip and knee osteoarthritis, with experience in community rehabilitation and home-based therapy.

We treat musculoskeletal and sports injuries in kids and teenagers, and parents trying to balance a busy life with keeping active.

Having worked alongside orthopaedic surgeons in hospital, our physios guide your rehabilitation after fractures, joint replacements, ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff and Achilles repairs, and spinal surgery, in line with your surgeon’s guidelines.

Whether you play weekend sport or run marathons, our physios assess your injury and tailor your rehabilitation, with the aim of getting you back to sport and the activities you love. Our clinic director was a physiotherapist at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games.

We treat pain that gets in the way of everyday life, from general soreness to persistent pain, work injuries and chronic inflammatory conditions. Our goal is to help you reduce discomfort and keep moving day to day.
Treatment is tailored to you. Depending on what your physiotherapist finds, it may include:
Your physiotherapist asks about your problem and its history, checks for medical causes, and examines how you move. The aim is a clear diagnosis before treatment begins.
Soft tissue and joint mobilisation may help ease pain, reduce muscle tension and restore movement. Your physiotherapist judges when it is appropriate and how much pressure to use.
Fine needles are placed into tight or sensitive points in a muscle to help release tension and ease pain. Your physiotherapist will discuss whether it suits you.
Exercises chosen for your injury may help improve strength, flexibility and function. They are adjusted as your recovery progresses.
After an injury or surgery, a structured program may help you regain function and independence, and return to work or sport.
Massage may help relieve muscle tension and soreness. It is given by a physiotherapist, so you can claim it on private health insurance.
Your physiotherapist may look at how you walk, run, lift or sit at your desk, and suggest changes to reduce strain on your body.
Our goal is for you to understand your injury and know how to manage it between appointments.
